A blog will resist new South Australian laws prohibiting anonymous free speech during elections.

The blog, South Australia Votes 2010 Uncensored, will defy the amendments made to the South Australian Electoral Act. Under the Act, people leaving a comment on any publication regarding an election at election time now need to provide their name and postcode.

 

Blog publisher, David Jackmanson, said the blog encourages "people to comment without leaving their name and address."
