Today marks International Women's Day, and was recognised in Brisbane City on Saturday with a rally and march in King George Square. The rally focused on freedom in regards to abortion laws, midwifery, sexual assault services, same sex marriage and justice for refugees.

A Pro-Choice Action Collective Rally focusing on abortion laws is planned for this Saturday the thirteenth of March outside Parliament House in Brisbane City. We spoke to Kathy Newnham about the upcoming rally.
